At Fleurs de l'amour, each product is handmade to the upmost quality. This creates the option for custom orders. From personalised items, to your own designs, I am welcome to work with you to ensure you have a product that suits your needs. 

Many of my Christmas tree toppers and ornaments are adorned with bows using ribbons that I have purchased from the USA. There are many different ribbons to choose from, so we can discuss which would work best for you. Please note, due to ribbon availability and postage from the USA, ribbons that I do not have in stock could take up to 3 weeks to arrive.

Usually, a custom order can take up to 3 weeks to make (or longer if it is a larger order, e.g. a wedding package). The waiting window and postage will be discussed. An invoice will be included for the total price of your order, including shipping, The order will also be tracked & signed for using either Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
